Grupo Noboa Inc. was incorporated in New York City in March 6, 1995, as an import/export company of Ecuadorian coffee. For starters, the company was managed by an Ecuadorian lawyer called Pablo Martínez Rojas, who also ran Ab. Alvaro Noboa P. Inc., a real estate company that sells Ecuadorian houses in the United States, he was also the secretary and accountant, for around a year.
In 1995 Grupo Noboa Inc. was in need of an accountant, that led Pablo Martínez to hire David Warga, an accountant from New York City. The board of directors of the company stood by Martínez’s decision due to the fact that the company needed someone to fulfill that job.
Time later, Joseph Massoud became the president of the company, Pablo Martínez the vice president and Roger van Voorhees was designated as director and secretary.
After Joseph Massoud left his position in Grupo Noboa Inc. Roger van Voorhees took his place as president of the company.
Years later, Roger van Voorhees would become president of El Cafe New York, and Pablo Martínez would go from vice president to the new president of Grupo Noboa Inc. Since Martínez became president the company has a CPA, Larry Shield.
Grupo Noboa Inc. offers service to executives that arrive to the U. S. A.
